Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy

1. You may return an item for exchange or refund provided the garment has not been worn, washed or ironed. Returns, exchanges and refunds must be executed within 14 days of purchase and you must be able to provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.

2. Refunds will ONLY be issued for garments that are faulty, not as described or do not do what you were told they would. In the instance that this happens, you will be entitled to a full refund (less any postage if any) or store credit. We cannot issue a refund if you simply "change your mind"

3. You may exchange a garment within 14 days of purchase provided you have your original receipt.

4. Since we are an online store, we understand that our customer's cannot "try things on" before they purchase. Please try on your garments when you receive them and contact us as soon as possible to organise either an exchange, refund or store credit. Please download our returns form here.

5. Baby Blue Clothing are not liable for return postage should you need to send it back to us for any reason. If the customer needs to organise a refund, the customer is liable for postage costs to send it back to us. Subsequently, if you organise an exchange or store credit, the customer is also liable for the postage BACK to them. The items will be shipped once postage has been paid by the customer.

6. If you request an exchange and the cost of the item you wish to buy is less than what you paid for the original item, you will be need to send in a cheque, money order or provide credit card details on the returns form to make up the difference. However, if you are exchanging something and the item you return costs more than the item you wish to purchase, we will refund the difference to you either by Direct bank deposit, cheque or money order
